1. Access Email and Locate Subscription Email

Go to the email inbox for the account you used to sign up for Thread Trunk. Locate the email titled "Your recurring order purchase confirmation from HM Custom Thread"

2. Click on "Your recurring order purchase confirmation from HM Custom Thread"

3. Click on "Manage subscription"

4. Click on Thread Trunk Subscription

5. Click on Skip this order

Use this option to skip one month

6. Click on Skip this order

7. Click on Cancel subscription

Select this option to completely discontinue receiving Thread Trunk

8. Select a Reason for Canceling

9. Click on Next

10. Type any additional information on why you are canceling

11. Click on Cancel
