HM Custom Threads ships orders from Houston, Texas.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, custom items, weekends, holidays, or business travel.

If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided with your order.

Shipping Methods

HM Custom Threads offers multiple shipping options at checkout. Customers may choose from the available shipping methods, such as USPS or UPS, depending on their preference and the options available for their order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or applied based on the shipping options available at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, HM Custom Threads is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been turned over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at hector@hmcustomthreads.com and we will help where we can.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or import requirements charged by their country.

Out of Stock Items

If one or more items in your order become unavailable before shipment, HM Custom Threads will contact you to discuss available options, which may include waiting for the item to be restocked, selecting a substitute, or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
